Towering above Independence Hall, looking down on Philadelphia's historic district, stands one of the most exciting residential projects in the city’s recent history. SpectraCon was appointed to perform the construction and fit-out of the most coveted spaces of the building. The work being performed includes everything from framework to finishes of the striking two-story penthouse and roof terrace. SpectraCon faced many challenges working on the 26th and 27th stories of the building, working around the fit-out of multiple floors by others and base building construction. We worked closely with building management to coordinate each phase of the project and progress effectively.
