SpectraCon was appointed by Korman Corporate to perform the full renovation and fit-out of their 30,000 sf headquarters in Plymouth Meeting, PA. The interior of the building was completely demolished in preparation for new improvements accommodating Korman and other tenant spaces. Reconfiguration of the building required installation of structural steel at both entrances and the northwest facade to provide support for an elevation change. The building exterior was stripped and cladded in ceramic tile and a new glazing system. Window wall systems were used to enclose conference and meeting rooms, and precision-cut stone slab walls can be found throughout.
