Great Estates/Spectra-Con was contracted as the owners representative consultant for the AKA luxury extended stay property in Washington, D.C. On this particular project, Great Estates/Spectra-Con was responsible for managing the entire renovation of the property for AKA including the construction of a new lobby, lounge and fitness center.
