Great Estates/Spectra-Con was contracted as the owners representative consultant for the AKA luxury extended stay property on Times Square in New York City. On this particular project, Great Estates/Spectra-Con was responsible for managing the renovation of the property for AKA including the construction of all-new suite bathrooms, the new Sky Lounge Penthouse terrace and the fitness center.
