SpectraCon was contracted by PREIT to perform landlord improvements at the Cherry Hill Mall. This project consists of converting and dividing an 8,000sf movie theater into three separate tenant spaces. Requiring a full-scale demolition of the space and previous tenant improvements, the new spaces will receive new MEP systems as well as a remodel of the existing sprinkler grid.
