Beginning with repairs to the building’s facade, SpectraCon went on to add three stories to construct the hotels Technogym fitness center and its spectacular bi-level penthouse lounge and roof terrace. Facing numerous challenges of performing major construction in a busy NYC neighborhood, SpectraCon exceeded client expectations with dedication to schedule and budget.
